These terms are the agreement between you and Wow Cool Games for the use of Wow Cool World. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may only use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and only they may make any purchase. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we will close it.
Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Pick a username that is not offensive and does not impersonate someone else. We may reclaim usernames that impersonate, mislead, or are abusive.
Tickets (“Ticket”), chips, items, skins, furniture and every other in-game reward are a licence to use a feature of the site. They are not property and not money.
Some games on this site are styled after slot machines, card games and other casino cabinets. They are played entirely with free virtual tickets. There is no wagering of real money, no purchase is required to play them, and there is no way to win money or anything of real value. They are provided for entertainment only and are not gambling. Practice or success in these games does not imply future success at real gambling.
Premium memberships are recurring subscriptions billed through Stripe. The price and billing period are shown before you buy.
For refunds or billing problems, email johnwowcool@gmail.com.
Do not:
We can remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
You keep ownership of what you create and post. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and share it on the site so the site can function (showing your post on a forum page, your creation in a gallery, and so on). You confirm that you have the right to post it. You can delete your content at any time.
The games, artwork, characters, code and branding on Wow Cool World belong to Wow Cool Gamesor its licensors, unless credited otherwise. Please do not copy or redistribute them without permission.
Players post things here — forum threads, comments, creations. If you own a copyright and believe something on Wow Cool World infringes it, tell us and we will act on it.
To report infringing material, email johnwowcool@gmail.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice”. To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include all of the following:
Counter-notice. If we remove something of yours and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. It must include your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake — together with your name, address and phone number, your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if you are outside the United States, for any district where we may be found), and your agreement to accept service of process from the complaining party. If we receive a valid counter-notice we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant tells us they have filed a court action.
Repeat infringers. We close the accounts of players who repeatedly infringe.
Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in either a notice or a counter-notice can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
We work hard on this but we cannot promise the site will always be available, error-free, or that your saves and scores will never be lost. To the fullest extent the law allows, the site is provided “as is” without warranties, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
You may stop using the site and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or that puts the site or its players at risk.
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and for significant changes we will say so on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.
