Daily Brains: weave a cellular automaton by hand, one row of cloth at a time. Every row comes from the row above by the day's pattern card, and you paint exactly what it makes: tap, drag, or press the wooden treadles to throw the shuttle. A new loom each day, from a short plain-edged Monday through wrapping edges, a smudged card you read off the cloth, three-shade dye dips, born-or-stays counting two threads out and a whole beaded panel, to a fiendish Sunday whose card is only its rule number, punched in binary before you weave. Check rows to beat them in; every snag snaps one of five spare threads. Spot the symmetry and the repeating patches to weave faster. Clean cloth scores best, then fewer checks, then time, and the finished cloth comes off the loom for you to keep. Streaks and a spoiler-free share line.
